ABOUT ME

Here's all you need to know - my name is Crissy, I'm a married mom in my thirties who figured out that alcohol was stealing way more than it was giving. I realized that women in the world today are taught to wear about 100 different hats and all of them force us to be farther away from ourselves in order to be closer to other people's idea of who we should be. After three decades of hat wearing, I decided to get in some therapy and give up booze. I now dedicate my time to learning and healing and I share what I learn with the world. I promise to never lie about who I am or what I'm going through. This place is free of shame and full of safety, I'm so glad you're here.
